Cancellation Policy

1. Token Money

  • The token money (initial payment) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
     

 


2. Refund Eligibility

If the customer has paid any amount in addition to the token money, refunds will be processed based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure or ride date, as follows:

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds apply only to the amount paid beyond the token money.
     

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
     

  • No refund will be entertained for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or missed departures.
     

  • The company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

The token money (initial payment) paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This amount serves as a commitment fee to secure your booking and cannot be adjusted or transferred.

 


2. Refund on Additional Payments

In the event of a cancellation after the token payment, any additional amount paid by the customer (beyond the token money) may be eligible for a refund based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure or ride date, as outlined below:

3. Refund Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds apply only to the portion of the payment made after the token money.
     

  • All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
     

  • No refund will be issued for:
     

    • No-shows (failure to arrive for the scheduled ride)
       

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure
       

    • Partially completed journeys
       

  • Any transaction fees, processing charges, or payment gateway deductions may be applied before issuing the refund.
     

The company reserves the right to review or modify this policy without prior notice to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.
