The initial payment (token money) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the customer has paid any amount in addition to the token money, refunds will be processed based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure or ride date, as follows:

Refunds apply only to the amount paid in excess of the token money.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
No refund will be entertained for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or missed departures.
The company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
